Drybar Shops, a blowout and styling brand, announced August 12 that its seventh Arizona location will open this fall in Glendale at The Village at Arrowhead.

This expansion responds to demand from area residents who traveled to Drybar’s other locations in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Gilbert.

Drybar offers a range of unique styles, from classic and sleek to beachy and tousled. Each appointment includes washing, blow-drying and styling, all performed by a trained esthetician. The idea came easily to curly-haired founder Alli Webb, a professional stylist who was constantly overpaying for blow-drying at traditional shops.

Drybar does not offer haircuts or coloring – only blow-drying.

“Our philosophy at Drybar is simple: focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that’s blowouts – wash, dry and style with great products,” said Amy Ross, Drybar’s Arizona franchisee who owns all of the Valley’s stores, in a press release. “Bringing Drybar to the West Valley in the Arrowhead community is a tremendous opportunity. We’re excited to serve the West Valley community.”

Drybar’s Arrowhead location is under construction and scheduled to open this fall. It is located in the Village at Arrowhead, 20022 N 67th Ave Suite A118, Glendale.
