A fluorine leak was reported in the cargo area of ​​Lucknow airport on Saturday. According to the fire department, the leak occurred in Terminal 3 of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport.

The fire brigade rushed to the scene of the accident together with teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the State Disaster Response Force (SDR).

Firefighters said the leak came from a package of a medicine that contained fluorine. “Efforts are underway to identify and control the situation,” they added.
