The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards are just around the corner, and TV’s hottest stars will come together under one roof to celebrate their work on the small screen. As celebrities flock to the red carpet, many Emmy winners have already been announced.
The show airs live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles today (Sunday, September 15) at 8 p.m. ET, with “Schitt’s Creek” stars Eugene and Dan Levy, who are a real-life father-son duo, hosting.
Eugene and Dan have won 8 Emmys between them. The 77-year-old “American Pie” star has been nominated 14 times over the course of his decades-long career. His 41-year-old son has 6 nominations.
Eugene has won four times, twice on Schitt’s Creek. All four of Dan’s wins are from the same award-winning Canadian series that took the world by storm when it landed a spot on Netflix.
The Emmy Awards will be broadcast live on ABC and streamed the next day on Hulu.
