LEXINGTON, Kentucky – As Georgia plays its first road game of the season, the Bulldogs also unveiled their first road roster of the season.

According to SEC rules, Georgia is only allowed to bring 74 players to Kentucky.

“Just a numbers game of special teams,” Georgia coach Kirby Smart said earlier this week. “I mean, at 74, you’re not usually talking about starters. You’re talking about a roster of players that are going to be, you know, emergency players that have to step in if somebody goes down. We’ve been in that situation before and had a couple of injuries and had to step in with Kentucky players. So the 65th through 74th players are special teams picks and players that can play on special teams.”

The Bulldogs know they will be without some key players, as defensive players Jordan Hall, Mykel Williams and Warren Brinson were all out before Saturday’s game.

Georgia’s game against Kentucky is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. ET.
