Governor’s Plate showcases local food trucks and keeps Colorado culture alive

PUEBLO — Some of Colorado’s best food trucks competed Tuesday night at the Colorado State Fair. Seven food trucks were represented at the annual Governor’s Plate on Tuesday.

Each truck had to use Colorado-sourced ingredients in the dishes they served. Stoke Pizza of Pueblo won the People’s Choice. This is the second award they have won at the Governor’s Plate.

Last year Stoke Pizza won the Governor’s Plate Award.
