Here’s when all Kum & Go gas stations in Colorado will officially close

You may have noticed that your favorite Kum & Go gas station in Colorado has become a Maverick gas station. This is because Maverick purchased Kum & Go in 2023 and the company announced that it will merge the brands with Maverick.

This process began earlier this year. More and more stores are being rebranded and now we know when all Kum & Go’s will officially leave Colorado.

Kum & Go in Windsor

I often went to the Kum & Go station in Windsor.

I was obsessed with their brisket breakfast burrito – I loved it. Maverick has a version, but it’s just not the same. Pretty much everything else at my favorite gas station is the same except for the breakfast burritos.

I used to like Mavericks breakfast burritos, but to be honest, they can be a bit much sometimes. Kum & Go’s breakfast burritos were the perfect size.

Maverick’s breakfast burritos are now way too big for me. I’ve also come to the conclusion that Maverick’s breakfast burritos don’t have as much flavor as Kum & Go’s breakfast burritos.

I’ve found myself eating breakfast at home more often, which is fine for my budget but not ideal when I need a quick breakfast option.

In other states, work is still underway on the renaming.
