The most cinematic tour of 2024 is finally about to begin its first act.

Beginning Friday, September 6, composer Hans Zimmer will embark on his highly anticipated “Hans Zimmer Live Tour,” where he is expected to pay tribute to his iconic film scores for “The Dark Knight,” “The Lion King,” and “Gladiator” in arenas across North America.

To kick off the 21-show series, the EGOT winner is scheduled to perform a major concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Thursday, September 12, his 67th birthday.

And in case you’re wondering who will be there, Zimmer claims his live performances attract all kinds of fans.

“I looked out into the crowd and there’s a mother sitting with her grandson next to a guy with a mohawk, next to a guy in a suit, next to another group of … bikers,” Zimmer told AP News. “So it’s not just intergenerational, it’s multicultural.”

If you want to be part of Zimmer’s unique audience, last-minute tickets are still available.

Even better, we find that prices for 16 of the 21 shows have dropped since our team last covered Zimmer’s tour in early August.

Back then, prices at Vivid Seats started at $70 before fees; today, the lowest price we can find for seats is $39 before fees at Vivid Seats.

For more information, our team has summarized everything you need to know and more about Hans Zimmer’s 2024 tour below.

All prices listed above are subject to fluctuations.
