Let’s start with the last game that ended the way we started, with the Chiefs just doing Chiefs things.
They beat Atlanta 22-17 in a game where Atlanta had the upper hand.
I kept thinking they would find a way to pull me back, but they just didn’t.
This, as I keep saying, is part of the Chiefs identity.
The only way to beat the Chiefs is in a close game. You can never force them to lose.
So just accept it.
It’s just part of their DNA.
There was a difference.
There was really a difference between having a team that was still developing its identity with a new quarterback and having a team that had been in these situations many times before. There was just a confidence that we were going to find a way to win.
I don’t think so yet.
This is a classic Chiefs team.
They should have shown the Falcons style many, many times in this game. The Falcons got off to a good start, but after that the Chiefs dominated for a while, but the Falcons were stubborn and obviously didn’t like the final play.
Everyone should, but that’s exactly what happens when your quarterback is unable to execute the quarterback sneak.
They don’t ask Kirk’s cousins to do it secretly.
This is not a threat.
So, I, it kind of ruins your turn and the 3rd and 4th inches there.
I think it’s a really disappointing loss for the Falcons.
It’s just that the Chiefs just keep going, man.
The Chiefs just find ways to win these games.
It’s really impressive because I don’t think this Chiefs team is at its best.
They struggle with injuries, but they still find ways to win games like this.
I mean, Travis Kelsey looks like a shadow of his former self so far.
I think that’s fair.
Even though he had four catches in this game, they basically have one option they can count on.
I always think that many of us do that.
Xavier Worthy will have his big break.
But this is all about Rasheed Rice, who was unstoppable in this game: 12 catches over 100 and 10 yards.
The Chiefs never looked like they could beat you, and yet they beat you.
I’ll tell you why there are three, and that’s because the NFL has not responded to the Rasheed Rice suspension.
I mean, let’s go back to May/June.
We’re talking about what we’ve been talking about for months.
Oh, there are four games, six games.
What could it be for Rasheed Rice? Rasheed Rice is indeed a) developing into one of the top 5-10 receivers in football and b) without him, they would have no options.
He does all the hard work in this offensive.
They had three really, really close games.
You have all landed on the right page.
Rasheed Rice is currently an absolute superstar at receiver and they can be very, very happy that he is in the lineup and does not have to sit out the first 46 games of the season, no matter which ones.
