What better way to start a Sunday morning than with a delicious brunch, right?

OpenTable scanned restaurant visitor metrics and over 14 million restaurant reviews to narrow down the selection of restaurants where people rave about brunch, creating its annual list of the 100 Best Brunch Restaurants for 2024.

New Jersey only made it onto the list with one location. However, its neighbors New York and Pennsylvania secured seven and four spots respectively.

California has the most brunch spots that made it onto OpenTable’s list.

American Bounty at the Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park, NY

Café Luxembourg – Manhattan

French home cooking and Parisian flair have been attracting celebrities here since 1983. Due to its popularity, punctuality is a must.

Del Vino Vineyards – Northport, NY

The Odeon – New York, NY

Odeon, a sister restaurant of Café Luxembourg, is also a very popular brunch spot in New York City where punctuality is a must.

The four best brunch spots on the Pennsylvania list are all in Philadelphia, according to OpenTable.

New Jersey

It’s no secret that New Jersey is “the diner capital of the world” and also has the most diner restaurants of any U.S. state. According to Explore, the Garden State will boast over 500 diner restaurants by August 2023.

So it may be a little surprising that in 2024, only one restaurant made it into the top 100 best brunch spots in the country, according to OpenTable.

Tops Diner – East Newark
