A new luxury rental property in Hudson Yards opened a lottery for 114 mixed-income apartments this week. The 46-story Maybury at 550 Tenth Avenue offers 453 apartments with incredible views and 1,858 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a rooftop sky lounge. New Yorkers earning between 70 and 125 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, which range in price from $1,655/month for studios to $3,861/month for two-bedrooms.

Developed by Gotham Organization and designed by Handel Architects, the building includes 315 market-rate housing units and 137 affordable housing units.

The ground floor will have around 836 square metres of retail space. Covenant House’s new international headquarters will have around 2,400 square metres of office space on two basement floors.

Indoor and outdoor amenities include a 45th-floor sky lounge, outdoor terraces with seating, co-working areas, and indoor and outdoor fitness clubs and yoga studios. Other amenities include a 24-hour lobby, package room, resident storage, and bike room.

Each apartment features soaring ceiling heights, luxurious quartz countertops, high-end paneled appliances and complimentary window treatments.

Leasing of the market-rate apartments is scheduled to begin this fall. Ranging in size from 300 to 350 square feet, these specialty apartments feature built-in Murphy beds, sofas and storage space.
