InStore.ai introduces new insights platform for c-store retailers

The artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform uses in-store customer conversations to gain operational insights.

InStore.ai, an AI-powered speech analytics technology platform, recently announced that it is now available for convenience retail.

“We are thrilled to have completed our beta testing and to officially launch this new platform to support multi-unit management,” said Jay Blazensky, co-founder and CEO of InStore.ai. “Our revolutionary retail speech analytics product is designed to fundamentally change the way retail works and demonstrate all the opportunities to increase customer loyalty, improve the customer experience and optimize operations.”

Retailers can now capture critical information previously hidden in conversations between employees and guests in stores at every location in their chain. These conversations are then generatively evaluated for positive and negative impacts and actions. Retailers can search analytics for any term or phrase to gain meaningful and actionable insights.

C-store owner and beta tester DeLone Wilson, CEO of Cubby’s, shared his thoughts on the platform.

The innovative platform is easily installed at central locations in each store and enables retailers to identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for improvement across multiple operational areas.

Those identified include:

  • Marketing and advertising
  • Commitment and turnover of cashiers
  • In-store processes
