ORCHARD PARK, NY – After a rushing touchdown by Josh Allen was called back earlier in the game for a face mask violation, the Buffalo Bills quarterback scored his team’s first touchdown of the season on a seven-yard run.

The touchdown brought the Bills within one point with 19 seconds left in the half – 17-10.
Allen faked the handoff to running back Ty Johnson, kept the ball and ran right into the end zone. The score capped a drive that included three false start penalties for the Bills, but a roughing the passer penalty against the Cardinals resulted in a key first down for Buffalo.
The drive was by far the best of the half for the Bills, after the first half ended with a fumble by Allen and the team had to settle for a field goal in the second half.
Allen had three runs for 20 yards and completed five passes for 76 yards in the game.
