ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: History was made this week, Julie. What was it like not having to host your show for the first time because of Covid and watching someone else do it?

JULIE CHEN MOONVES: It was like a home vacation. I thought, “Oooooh, so this is what it’s like to have a watch party.” Just one problem… it was a party for one person!

How do you think Jerry did when he stepped in for you and said your famous line, “But first…”?

I love Jerry and I loved how he did the “But first!” He pulled it off and you can tell he gets the humor in it. Hilarious. His personality really comes through in everything he does because he’s a genuine and really funny guy. He made it his own and was great! Thanks Jerry!

Julie, everyone keeps using their veto on Angela! How and why does this keep happening?

They don’t feel threatened by her. But remember: In Season 2, no one felt threatened by Will Kirby, and he won. Be warned: Angela knows this game and knows how to shake it up when she wants to, and that’s served her well. She can also show her loving, caring side or her vulnerable side, and people are drawn to that. She may be playing the best game yet there!

Quinn Martin from “Big Brother”, season 26.

What do you think about the House’s decision to evict Quinn instead of Kimo?

Smart because he has shown he can easily outsmart people to save his own game without warning them. He is a smart player…funny, charming, clever, knows the game like the back of his hand, doesn’t hold grudges, is fun loving and has tons of personality. He is not someone you want to sit next to in the final two because he could probably talk and charm any of the players left in the game next to him to victory.
