During a training camp interview with New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones last month, Kay Adams of On and Adams A stuttering mess remained.
Fans quickly noticed the interaction, which quickly went viral and sparked rumors about a possible relationship between the two.
Neither Jones nor Adams have addressed or denied those rumors, and on Tuesday, Kay poked a little fun at the whole thing in an interview with Giants offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor.

“You have to protect your boy, my boy, who the world and the internet thinks is my boy,” a grinning Adams said. “I don’t even want to talk about it. I don’t want to talk about it. Oh, God.”
Adams began to blush and burst into laughter.
“I saw it, I know what you are talking about,” Eluemunor replied.
“I don’t want to talk about it,” Adams said. “A girl can’t win. I’m trying to cheer up your boy.”
“Daniel is a good-looking guy,” Eluemunor added.
That prompted Kay to ask about Jones’ famous beard, which he told reporters Tuesday was a “game-changer” in Week 1.
Towards the end of the interview, Kay added fuel to the fire.
“I believe in you. Protect my friend,” Adams told Eluemunor in reference to Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Back in reality, Jones is currently dating former Duke lacrosse star Ella Bonafede, while Kay is not publicly linked to anyone. Still, the whole thing is amusing and both Jones and Kay seem to be enjoying it.
