Kendra Scott Jewelry Store Opens in Iowa River Landing, Coralville

Kendra Scott, the renowned jewelry retailer, celebrates the grand opening of its new Coralville Iowa River Landing location with a weekend of community-focused events on Thursday, August 22nd.

The IRL location is the brand’s second store in Iowa following the West Des Moines store at Jordan Creek Town Center, which opened in 2019.

Although the store officially opened its doors on August 16th in the premises of the former Funky Zebras boutique, the grand opening celebrations will take place on Thursday.

“We are excited to add a national brand like Kendra Scott to Iowa River Landing,” said Deanna Printy, Iowa River Landing property manager, in a press release. “This is a welcome addition to our store diversity that builds on the energy of the neighborhood and offers visitors another major retailer that focuses on quality.”

Shoppers can enjoy special offers including gifts with purchases over $100, free refreshments and the chance to win custom jewelry and artwork. The local Kendra Scott store recommends registering for the weekend events.

The weekend will feature collaborations with local organizations including the Coralville Food Pantry, Team Breast Friends, University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital and No Foot Too Small, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting important initiatives.
