A wave of pink has hit Krispy Kreme Doughnuts as the chain celebrates Barbie’s 65th birthday with a touch of glitter icing and a sprinkling of colorful sprinkles.
From now through Sunday, September 15, four stylish doughnuts will pay tribute to the fashion doll that made its debut in New York City in 1959.
Barbie fans expressed their excitement on social media, commenting, “These are so cute” and “My Barbie heart needs them.”

The Barbie x Krispy Kreme Collection comes in a limited edition box and costs $19.99 plus tax.
Here are some of the new, limited flavors:
Barbie Berries ‘N Kreme™ Donut: Unglazed strawberry filled donut dipped in white glaze, drizzled with purple and pink buttercream and garnished with a Barbie heart.
Sweet 65th Donut from Barbie: Original glazed donut, dipped in chocolate glaze and sprinkled with Barbie sprinkles.
Malibu Dream Party Donut: Unglazed donut with a cake batter filling, dipped in Malibu blue glaze and glittery graham sand, topped with a piece of Malibu Dream House and decorated with a white cloud.
Barbie Pink Donut: Original glazed donut, covered with pink buttercream, sprinkled with glittery pink sugar and garnished with the signature Barbie sunglasses.
In addition to the dozen, the Barbie donuts can also be purchased individually for $2.69 plus tax.
