The Kansas City Chiefs improved their record to 2-0 yesterday (Sunday) with their 26-25 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium.

Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker sank a 51-yard field goal as time expired, securing the victory for the Chiefs.

It was Kansas City’s second win decided on the last play, following their 27-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on opening night.

Kansas City next plays at Atlanta on Sunday night.

The St. Louis Cardinals lost 3-2 to the Toronto Blue Jays.

The Cardinals were swept in the three-game series.

The Cardinals are now 74-75 overall for the season and have fallen further out of the postseason race.

The Kansas City Royals lost 4-3 to the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park.

Royals starter Brady Singer managed four walks and allowed four runs in five innings, while the Royals offense went 1 of 12 with runners in scoring position and left 10 on base.
