Tapsi House Café & Grill, Lake Elsinore’s first Filipino fusion restaurant, has officially opened its doors at the Outlets at Lake Elsinore.

What started as a small, family-run delivery service has now evolved into a full-service restaurant and catering experience and has quickly become the city’s go-to place for authentic Filipino fusion cuisine.

Founded by chef and owner Maria Atas, along with her son and co-owner Justin Atas, Tapsi House is gaining popularity due to its authentic taste and quality. The menu features traditional Filipino recipes passed down through generations and refined with modern cooking techniques that showcase the richness of the cuisine.
