Recognizing outstanding technological achievements is a central part of the annual California Government Innovation Summit as part of the Best of California Awards.

Government agencies and IT executives were honored on Tuesday by Government technology,* the host of the summit, for projects and solutions aimed at ensuring citizens’ safety, improving their online experience with government, and making government IT more efficient and effective.
