Learn how to use The Star’s digital products at the subscriber event in Parkville

Join Star journalists at our next in-person subscriber technical support event to receive personalized assistance using our digital products, including Edition and The Kansas City Star app.

This event will be held on Monday, September 9th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Mid-Continent Public Library – Parkville Branch. The library is located at 8815 Tom Watson Pkwy in Parkville.

This is the third edition of our technical support event for subscribers. Attendees at the first two events said they appreciated the opportunity to talk to real people from The Star while learning about the work we do. Print readers found it valuable to learn how to navigate Edition so they can stay up to date on days when they don’t have a print copy.

These free events also allow us to hear from our readers about what features they like and don’t like about our digital products. We get insights into how our readers use the products while also being able to go over your concerns. Your feedback allows us to better understand the subscriber experience.

We recommend that you bring your own smartphone, tablet or laptop so that we can help you troubleshoot on the device you are most comfortable with.

Tickets for this event are free and available for time slots every 15 minutes starting at 1:00 p.m. Registration is not required, but guests with a time-based reservation will receive priority for personal assistance.

We hope to see you there!
