When you buy select LEGO sets, you can email them or upload your receipt to their landing page and they will send you the LEGO Harry Potter pencil case for free. Walmart is doing a pretty poor job of advertising their LEGO promotions, as this one has been going on for a month and will run until September 20th while supplies last. Purchases must be made between July 15th and September 15th and through Walmart and not through third-party retailers.
