BG, Turk, Juvenile and Lil Wayne will reunite at the arena event in New Orleans on November 2nd.
Lil Wayne is reuniting with the Hot Boys! On Tuesday, the Cash Money rapper announced that he will be teaming up with Juvenile, BG and Turk again during his Lil’ Weezyana Fest scheduled for November 2 in New Orleans.
In addition to the rap group’s reunion, the show will also feature a DJ set from producer Mannie Fresh, a performance by rapper Rob49, and appearances from as-yet-unannounced special guests.
Tickets are available for presale now using the code WEEZY and will go on general sale at 10 a.m. local time on September 4. Prices for the arena show range from $85 to $270.
There have been rumors of a Hot Boys reunion this year, with Juvenile previously announcing that the group will reunite at Essence Fest this summer. (Birdman, Mannie Fresh, Juvenile and BG performed together, although Wayne played separately and Turk was not present at all.)
“Hot Boys back together, man. What you talking about getting the Hot Boys back together? Show y’all can’t keep up with that shit,” he said on Instagram Live in May. Billboard“Me, Wayne, Turk and BG, we’re all going to be on stage with Mannie Fresh and Birdman in New Orleans.”
At the time, Juvenile even hinted that they had “already started working on a Hot Boys album,” but urged fans to “be damn patient.” The last Hot Boys album was released in 2003. Let them burnwith the highlights “Down Here” and “Stick & Move”.
