Man who has visited every country reveals the scariest place he’s ever been

A man who has visited every country on earth has revealed the scariest place he has ever been.

Drew Binsky’s travels are extensively documented on his YouTube channel, which has nearly 4.5 million subscribers.

Since Drew has visited EVERY single country, he has many stories to tell.

He previously told UNILAD about the best place in the world that “offers everything you could wish for”, namely the country where the content creator wants to settle.

And although there are countless beautiful places and fascinating cultures to experience in the world, not every country is a must-visit.

Speaking to UNILAD, Drew revealed the scariest place he’s ever had to visit.

“The most frightening country I have visited is undoubtedly Chad,” he began.

“In 2018, I spent some time in N’Djamena, the capital and largest city of Chad. Never in my life have I been more afraid, threatened or attacked (both verbally and physically) than in this hot, dusty and run-down, deserted city.”

Drew continued, “I was involved in a disastrous police chase on a motorcycle and was attacked by over a dozen people while trying to take a photo. If it wasn’t for my 6’2″ local friend (aka bodyguard), I’m not sure I would have made it out of this country alive – no joke!”

Although it was a terrible experience for the YouTuber, he learned a lot from his time in Chad.

He also has a warning for anyone planning a visit to this Central African country.

“The lessons I learned from my experience there are these: always ask before taking a photo of someone and avoid crowds, including during demonstrations or protests,” he told UNILAD.

“Chad is extremely dangerous due to the risk of terrorism, social unrest, violent crime and kidnapping. I strongly advise anyone planning a trip to Chad to seek professional security advice and always err on the side of caution.”

However, the world is not all bad, as Drew previously told UNILAD about his love for the Philippines.

“I think it’s the most beautiful country in the world, super safe and full of nice people,” he told us earlier.

“It’s as if everything you could possibly want was available in one country.”

If you want to hear more of Drew’s adventures, then his book, Just gois now available in well-stocked bookstores.
