HOLLISON, MA– Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 52,000 square foot vacant industrial building in Holliston, Massachusetts. The property was sold for $2,850,000.

“The buyer intends to renovate this unique building to lease space to smaller tenants. In fact, nearly every interested investor had a vision of creating small rental/developer space at this location,” said Harrison Klein, senior vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. “Demand for smaller rental spaces remains extremely high, and developers are turning to converting existing buildings to meet that need.”

Klein was solely responsible for marketing the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor, and introduced the buyer, 561 Main Street Best, LLC.

The industrial property at 91 Kuniholm Drive offers an area of ​​approximately 4,800 square meters, has large loading docks and a clear height of 5 meters. The vacant building will be extensively renovated by the buyer. Its proximity to Wellesley, Needham and the nearby affluent suburbs makes it a prime location for recreational activities such as gymnastics, private gyms or sports training facilities. Evan Koogler of Kelleher and Sadowsky took care of the leasing for the seller and supported the sale.
