Mark Buckingham, an experienced resilience expert, has joined daa International at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah.
Buckingham brings extensive experience in fire protection, rescue, crisis management, emergency planning and business continuity management to the team.
Throughout his career, he has led fire protection and emergency response operations on major projects worldwide, particularly in high-risk industries and airports.

In particular, he was heavily involved in the UK aviation response to COVID-19 at Birmingham Airport and played a significant role in the repatriation of Afghan refugees in 2022.
