Metallica have announced the North American leg of their ongoing M72 World Tour for 2025, extending the tour into its third year. The new 21 dates will kick off next spring with a festival appearance on April 12 at Sick New World in Las Vegas. Metallica will then play stadiums in Syracuse, Toronto, Nashville, Philadelphia, Houston and more before wrapping up with two shows at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver on June 27 and 29. Pantera, Suicidal Tendencies, Limp Bizkit and Ice Nine Kills will open on select dates. Metallica’s full itinerary can be found below.
Metallica announced their major M72 World Tour in 2022, along with the news of their latest album, 72 seasonsThe tour began in April 2023 and ends in 2024 with four nights at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City later that month and a show and charity auction on December 13 in Los Angeles.
A portion of the proceeds from every M72 ticket sold will go to local charities through Metallica’s All Within My Hands Foundation. The nonprofit charity aims to fight hunger, support job training, and help communities with other essential services.
