MISSOULA – You can now pass through security at Missoula Airport without a ticket.

The Explore MSO Pass is now open and allows people to pass through security and enter the hall.

People can accompany their loved ones to the gate or surprise someone arriving by plane.

In addition, visitors have the opportunity to visit the various bars and restaurants in the hall and go up to the deck to enjoy the view of the airport.

In addition to the restaurants and bars, the airport plans to introduce events such as mimosas on deck in the near future.

The airport has been preparing for this for a long time now, after listening to people’s wishes.

“We’re just trying to listen to what our community wants,” said Tim Damrow, deputy director of the Missoula Montana Airport. “A lot of people have traditions, we’ve heard. They come to the airport, they used to come to the airport for dinner, even just to watch planes.”

To purchase an Explore MSO Pass, go to flymissoula.com and complete the application no later than 8:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled visit.

You will still have to go through security, but with your pass you will not need a ticket.
