Mocs lose to Alabama in home opener

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga women’s soccer team lost 4-0 to Alabama in the Mocs’ home opener at Finley Stadium on Sunday night. UTC falls to 0-3-1 overall and the Tide improves to 3-1 on the year.

“The girls showed toughness tonight and fought hard,” said Mocs head coach Gavin McKinney said. “We were punished for our mistakes, but there are also positives to take from it. We continue with our difficult schedule – we will continue to work to improve and the results will follow.”
