In addition to beautiful beaches and parks, Warwick is known for its myriad dining options, from American cuisine to classic Italian entrees, local seafood, delicious breakfast and lunch, tasty pizza, and everything in between. In recent weeks, more restaurants have found a home in Warwick.

Coffee connoisseurs who also have a sweet tooth should definitely stop by Café Namaste. Located in the quaint village of Conimicut, this cozy shop offers delicious coffee, freshly made bagels and baked goods, sandwiches, salads and more. The husband and wife owners take great pride in their offerings, making everything from scratch. Stop by for a bite or grab something to take home for a picnic in scenic Conimicut Point Park.

At Red White & Brew Coffeehouse, the family-owned business serves more than just specialty coffee, employs people with developmental disabilities, and promotes community involvement. Their coffee is roasted in New Hampshire, and the menu also includes muffins, pastries, calzones, and more. Customers also enjoy browsing The Budding Violet, a unique gift shop featuring items by local artists located in the cafe.

Rhode Island-based T’s Vault Smoothie & Juice Bar in Warwick Mall opened with the mission to offer fresh, nutritious, made-to-order homemade juices, smoothies, bowls and more that taste as good as you like them.

If you like Asian cuisine, you should definitely stop by Little Thai Corner and experience the liveliness of the show kitchen. Another new addition is Gopchang Story, which offers Korean barbecue in a variety of dishes just a stone’s throw from RI TF Green International Airport.

Owned by a JWU culinary school graduate who has long dreamed of owning his own diner, Chef’s Oakland Beach Diner serves traditional fare at affordable prices and is the perfect place to enjoy a well-prepared bite before heading out for a day on the seawall. Or stop by for dinner and a cold drink on your way home from the beach!

Antojitos Taqueria, a family-owned, authentic Mexican restaurant, prides itself on its menu that is prepared fresh in house. They have a liquor license and offer a kids’ menu and catering options.

After a busy summer day in Warwick, what’s better than finishing off the day with a cold, refreshing treat? The Daily Grind is an ice cream shop that also offers a selection of coffee, lattes, chai, cider, tea and lemonade, as well as specialty drinks and 28 beverage varieties. Stop by and cool off with a cone, sundae, shake or other ice cream specialty!

Or if nightlife is more your thing, plan a visit to The Social House, an upscale tapas and cocktail lounge in the heart of Apponaug Village.
