Ole Miss 56, Middle Tennessee 10

Money line

HAPPEN.

Even if you find these opportunities, avoid them.

Against the spread

Bet Ole Miss -42.5 (-115).

Ole Miss destroyed Furman, and it’s not just about the win. It’s about how dominant Dart looked. After Ole Miss took its foot off the gas, Ole Miss’ offense still seemed virtually unstoppable. Against a Middle Tennessee team that allowed 25 points and won by 7 as a 24.5-point favorite, Ole Miss should easily have the upper hand.

The Rebels are the real deal and will continue to show it. As for Middle Tennessee, their problems in consistently gaining traction and stopping Tennessee Tech late in the game are concerning. With that in mind, the return OLE MISS -42.5 (-115).

Over/Under

Bet over 62.5 (-110).

Both teams are 1-0 O/U and the Blue Raiders’ offensive success in their opening game should give hope that they can contribute to the overall result on Saturday. Middle Tennessee scored 32 points.

Plus, it gave up 25 points to a team that is much, much less powerful than Ole Miss. The Rebels should be able to score with ease, as they did in Furman, a game that also exceeded the total. Take OVER 62.5 (-110).
