John Glenn Columbus International Airport, renamed in honor of the astronaut and U.S. senator in 2016, serves as a major hub for Ohio’s largest city. With 148 daily nonstop flights to 31 destinations on nine airlines, KCMH is a busy mid-sized airport that plays a critical role in connecting the Midwest to the rest of the world.

The airport has one terminal with three halls and a total of 34 gates. Particularly noteworthy is Hall C, which houses the airport’s customs facility and the only gate (Gate 46) that can accommodate larger aircraft such as the Boeing 767, 777 and 787, as well as various wide-body aircraft models from Airbus.

PacSim’s attention to detail extends beyond the immediate confines of the airport. The package includes accurate depictions of nearby hotels, a golf course clubhouse and various airport-related facilities such as the Republic Airways maintenance hangar and the NetJets facility.

Despite the attention to detail, PacSim says optimization efforts have been made to ensure smooth performance without sacrificing image fidelity.

KCMH John Glenn Columbus International Airport is now available in the PacSim Store. Price: 20,99 €.
