Paris Baguette has relaunched its digital offering.

Paris Baguette improves its mobile, online and loyalty offering.

The French-inspired bakery-café franchise that operates over 160 locations in the U.S. and Canada and has over 100 more in development And Projects 1,000 bakery cafes in the US by 2030, is relaunching its digital customer initiatives.

Below are highlights of Paris Baguette’s upgrades to its mobile app, e-commerce site and PB Rewards loyalty program.

MobileApp

The relaunch of the Paris Baguette mobile app brings several new features and benefits, including:

  • Place orders for pickup or delivery directly in the app.
  • Completing challenges will earn you exclusive offers and bonus points.
  • Save gift cards in the app to use as payment or to send a gift card to a friend.
  • Advance information on news and upcoming events at Paris Baguette
  • You can view the history of your PB bonuses at any time.

Online order

The retailer is using technology from restaurant solutions provider Olo Inc. to streamline online ordering and payments. Customers can now easily place online orders for menu items for pickup at their local cafe or home delivery.

PB Rewards

The newly launched PBRewards loyalty program allows customers to earn one point for every dollar spent, which they can use however they want. PB Rewards members earn points for every online, mobile and in-store transaction, including online orders for pickup or delivery.
