Police arrest naked man fleeing from police with stun gun: Video shows

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A video shows the moment police had to use a stun gun to arrest a naked man accused of breaking into a home.

Drake Eaton, 30, faces several charges, including burglary, assault and resisting arrest, according to Hamilton County court records.

The charges date from July 30.

A Green Township officer’s body camera shows him walking toward three other officers attempting to arrest a naked Eaton, who had just attempted to break into a home, according to court documents.

“Put your hands behind your back, Drake,” an officer ordered. “Put your hands behind your back.”

Eaton, who appears to be resisting arrest in the video, jumps up and runs before falling to the ground. A few seconds later, the video appears to show a police officer firing his stun gun.

As the video shows, Eaton continues to struggle with the officers as they try to control his arms in order to handcuff him. “If you put your arm out, you won’t be tasered again,” an officer warns Eaton.

The 30-year-old replies: “No, I do what I want. Leave me the hell alone.”

According to court documents, Eaton also struck a police officer during his arrest.

Eaton was released from prison on parole and is scheduled to appear in court again on August 23.
