Police search for person who looked into window of Brighton house – Boston News, Weather, Sports

BOSTON (WHDH) – Police are searching for a person who was seen looking into the window of a Boston College student’s dorm in Brighton on Tuesday night.

At around 9:23 p.m., a person wearing a black hoodie was seen near 17 Gerald Road, according to Boston Police.

The student said she was walking home that evening when she noticed the person peering into her window. Her roommates were in the house at the time.

“He looked at her, then he looked back at our house and kept looking, which I think was what scared her the most, and then at some point he just kept walking around the house,” said Isabella Bishop, who also studies at Boston College.

“We all got together and started closing all the windows in the house and figuring out which windows wouldn’t close, as well as the air conditioners. Some of us don’t have curtains and are trying to cover it all up,” she continued.

Police said the person seen outside the home was also wearing thick gray gloves and a black cloth covering with no openings for the eyes or mouth.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact investigators at 617-343-4256, police said. Those wishing to report information anonymously can call the CrimeStoppers tip line at 1-800-494-TIPS or text the word “TIP” to CRIME (27463).
