Polly Pocket, the pocket doll who burst onto the toy scene in 1989, is celebrating her 35th birthday by renting out her home on Airbnb.

The short-term rental company has unveiled its newest “themed experience” in Littleton, MA: a life-sized, 42-foot-tall version of its compact plastic home.

Guests can book one of three nights, taking place from September 12-14, with a maximum of four guests each. The price? Just $89 per person – a budget-friendly nod to Polly’s debut year.

For anyone who wants to experience life in a dollhouse but can’t book the stay, Airbnb adds that Polly’s Compact will also be available for 21 day tours for up to a dozen guests each between September 16 and October 6. This themed experience can be booked from August 21 to August 28.

But be warned: Polly’s house may have plenty of personality, but it lacks home comforts.

You can visit Polly’s wardrobe and try on her vintage looks, but don’t expect bedding, towels or even walls. (You might want to check the weather forecast before booking – don’t say we didn’t warn you!)

There is a private, enclosed guest toilet, but you must shower before arrival or when you return home.

If you’re looking for shelter, you can sleep in Polly’s Action Park tent, which has multiple single beds and is just steps away from her two-story open-air home.

These tight spaces will bring back many memories of sleepovers. Get your ghost stories ready!

If you get hungry, head to the colorful kitchen. Airbnb says snacks — including Ring Pop, Push Pop and Baby Bottle Pop — will be available. But you might want to have your DoorDash or Uber Eats apps activated, because most of the other food will likely be plastic.

Make yourself comfortable in the living room with popcorn, a movie (on VHS, of course) and lots of pillows.

Wondering what else you can do? Polly’s picnic table is equipped with thread, charms, and a collection of beads so you can make friendship bracelets to your heart’s content.
