PRHS prepares for the region-wide flea market

The deadline for reserving vendor spaces is August 16.

The Revere & Son Heritage Trust is pleased to host a free, region-wide garage sale in August. Vendor registration is currently open.

PRHS prepares for the region-wide flea marketThe flea market will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 1pm to 4pm at the Paul Revere Heritage Site, 2 Rolling Mill Way in Canton. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to Sunday, August 25th from 1pm to 4pm.

Sponsored by the Junk Removers of Canton, the flea market is open to residents of all towns. For a $30 donation to the Revere Heritage Site, vendors will be assigned a 10-foot by 10-foot space to sell used items in the park. To reserve a spot, register online at tinyurl.com/PRHSYardSale2024 by Friday, August 16.

The historic yellow barn, which will house the Paul Revere Museum of Discovery and Innovation (MoDI), will also be open during the flea market and visitors are welcome to view the extensive new exhibition entitled copperwhich will be open all day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) thanks to a generous donation from the Highland Street Foundation’s August Adventures program. The exhibit spans all three floors of the barn and includes a wide variety of copper artifacts and many works by nationally known coppersmith T. Michael Thomas.

Free parking for the event is available at the Canton Center MBTA station. Limited street parking is available. On-site parking is available for those with mobility issues and guests of the Northern Spy restaurant.
