PSC begins on-site public hearings in Liberty Natural Gas tariff dispute

Missouri Civil Service Commission

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Public Service Commission will begin public hearings on Monday, August 26, and will be in Kirksville on August 28 to take customer comments on a natural gas pricing case filed by Liberty Utilities. The Public Service Commission will hold in-person and virtual public hearings. The schedule for the in-person public hearings is listed below:

August 28 – Kirksville. Adair County Courtroom, 106 W. Washington Street.

The hearing will begin at noon with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff, after which the Commission will accept testimony from the public.

Further meetings are as follows:

August 26 – Butler. Old High School Gym, 200 W. Pine Street (gym entrance at corner of Pine and Havanah).

The hearing will begin at noon with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff, after which the Commission will accept testimony from the public.

August 27th – Hannibal. Hannibal High School Cafeteria, 4500 McMasters Avenue.

The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will begin with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff. The Commission will then accept testimony from the public.

September 10 – Kennett. Kennett City Hall-Council Chamber, 200 Cedar Street.

The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will begin with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff. The Commission will then accept testimony from the public.

September 11 – Sikeston. Sikeston City Hall and Council Chambers, 105 E. Center.

The hearing will begin at noon with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff, after which the Commission will accept testimony from the public.

September 11 – Cape Girardeau. Cape Girardeau Public Library – Oscar Christian Hirsch Community Room, 711 N. Clark Street.

The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will begin with a public information/question-and-answer session led by PSC staff. The Commission will then accept testimony from the public.
