The model home in Columbia shows that it can also be used as a residential unit. It is an apartment-like setup with everything you need in the finished basement. This includes a spacious U-shaped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, such as a microwave above the stove.

There is also a bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry area, a dining area and a recreation area. To access these amenities, the tenant does not have to go past the ground floor level. In fact, there is no need for the tenant to go through the main level at all.

The model home shows that this model can have a side entrance that provides direct access to the stairs to the basement.

On the aforementioned second level, privacy is achieved through the wing format. With a central bonus room as a buffer, the master bedroom is located at the opposite end of the second level, separated by two secondary bedrooms.

Including the closet in the master bedroom, there are three walls and a hallway in between.

One of the highlights of the master bedroom is its spacious walk-in closet. Not only does it accommodate two large wardrobes, but it can also be used as a dressing room.

The bathroom in this bedroom is bright and high quality. Its focal point is a stylish freestanding bathtub with a large window with a curtain behind it and a smaller window to the side.

There is also a luxurious glass-enclosed shower with floor-to-ceiling tiles opposite a vanity with two sinks.

On the main level, the star is an L-shaped kitchen with a large island and seating for at least four people. Most islands have seating for two or three.
