Over the last year or so, numerous headlines have popped up that read, “X band says Y about AI.” Sometimes they use the technology for a creepy-looking music video, sometimes for artwork, and in a few cases on YouTube for actual music. From Deicide talking about their album cover to Phil Demmel saying it’s “kind of a scam,” there are plenty of perspectives on both sides of the coin.

Yet every time we write about such things, readers (you) get pretty worked up about the subject. And while the opinion of this site is that AI sucks if it takes jobs away from the people who need it, we thought we’d really test the waters this time and find out what you think.
