Real estate sales activity relatively stable across the region – BizWest

LOVELAND – Home sales, active listings and median prices remained relatively stable year-over-year in July across Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado, with some numbers moving slightly higher and others moving lower starting in 2023, according to data released Friday by Loveland-based multiple listing service Information and Real Estate Services LLC.

The median sales price of a home in Boulder was $1.47 million in July, up 11.2% from the $1.3225 million in the same month last year, but down from the $1.599 million the previous month. In Boulder, there were 47 sales in July out of 202 active listings, up 24.7% from the same month last year, but down 15 sales from July 2023.

In Estes Park, 30 homes were sold in July with 159 active listings, up 12.8% from the same month last year (141). Two more homes were sold than the same month last year. Homes sold in July 2024 for a median price of $695,000, down 6% from the $739,000 in July 2023.

In Fort Collins, 183 homes were sold last month with 696 active listings, 23.4% more listings than the 564 in July 2023 and four more sales.

The median sales price in the city was $606,000 in July 2024, down 8.1% from $659,300 in the same month last year.

In the Greeley-Evans market, 99 homes were sold in July 2024, 10 more than the same month last year. There were 267 active listings, 23.6% more than the 216 active listings in July 2023.

The median sales price increased 6.4% year-over-year to $436,060 last month, compared to $410,000 in the same month last year.

In Longmont, there were 68 sales last month with 173 active listings, a 40.7% increase from the 123 active listings in July 2023. In the same month last year, 55 homes were sold.

The median price of homes sold last month was $589,500, up 4.6% from the median price of $563,760 in July 2023.

Last month, 128 homes were sold in the Loveland-Berthoud market, one less than the same month last year. There were 423 active listings, up 24.8% from the 339 in July 2023.

The median sales price decreased 3.6% year-over-year from $590,000 in July 2023 to $549,995 in July 2024.
