US-based AI-powered real estate software platform provider RealPage has selected Flex as its preferred technology provider for flexible rent payments.

This strategic partnership expands RealPage’s existing integration and provides their customers with the ability to enable Flex as a resident payment option within LOFT, RealPage’s next-generation resident portal and app.

A survey of more than 2,000 renters conducted by Flex in the US in June 2024 showed that there is a high demand for payment flexibility, with 93% interested in flexible payment plans instead of paying the full amount once a month.

Flex’s mobile application allows residents to break their rent into smaller, more manageable payments while ensuring property managers receive their full rent due on time. With over $8 billion in rent payments processed annually, Flex has become a trusted partner for property managers, providing the solution for more than 6 million rental units.
