Rental recommendations: The most family-friendly Airbnbs in Florida

Rental recommendations: The most family-friendly Airbnbs in Florida

Every year, millions of families head to Florida for a vacation.

Whether you want to laze in the sun on the beach in the Florida Keys, explore the very best theme parks in Orlando, or discover hidden gems on the Gulf Coast, there is plenty to keep the whole family happy.

However, planning a family vacation involves a lot of work.

Even if you want to find a suitable rental apartment, you may find it difficult to meet all the necessary criteria.

What about amenities like cribs and play areas? Is there in-house entertainment like board games and video streaming? And what about nearby restaurants?

The more you pay attention to family-friendly features when evaluating your accommodation, the less you’ll have to worry when it’s time to relax.

All of these little amenities make a big difference when toddlers and teens are around – from a working coffee maker to ready-to-use beach gear.

Looking for a family-friendly Airbnb in Florida? Start with one of these options, strategically located near the state’s most popular family-focused destinations. As usual, I only suggest the guests’ favorites.

Best Airbnb on the Gulf Coast: Farm Stay

Zephyr Hill

Persons: 5

Features the family will love: Access to the farm animals (horses, ponies, chickens, ducks, roosters, rabbits, cats and dogs – all child friendly), space to explore the 7-acre farm, daily egg hunt, playground and fire pit.

You have to be careful when reading the rules, but this is one of the coolest family-friendly experiences I’ve ever seen on Airbnb, so if you have rambunctious little kids who don’t mind a little hay, this is a fantastic option.
