BROOKHAVEN – Eight local restaurants and businesses have passed inspections by the Mississippi Department of Health, with seven of the eight receiving an “A” rating last week.

MSDH reported that Bo Bo Buffett, located at 1211 Brookway Boulevard, received a “B” rating for the second consecutive year and the sixth time since 2016.

Serio’s Pizzeria, located at 216 South Whitworth Avenue, received an “A” rating for the third consecutive year. It was the restaurant’s eighth “A” rating since 2020.

The Star Drive-In at 702 East Monticello Street received an “A” rating for the ninth consecutive year since 2020.

The Wendy’s location in Brookhaven received an “A” rating for the 17th consecutive year since 2016.

Sullivan’s Grocery Store received an “A” rating for the seventh time since 2020. Sullivan’s is located at 215 US51 North.

The auction, located at 3615 Ruth Drive SE, received an “A” rating for the sixth time since 2019.

Tortilla Soup (Bar) at 112 South Whitworth Avenue received an “A” rating for the fourth consecutive year in 2021.

Tip’s Triple Master Grill, currently located at 121 Main Street, Brookhaven, received an “A” rating for the fourth consecutive year.
