In the TikTok clip, a little girl named Hayden is chased by birds on the beach because she is holding a delicious cracker.
What one of the animals then does in front of the camera shocks the girl!
In the video, which went viral on TikTok at the end of July, things get uncomfortable right away.

As Hayden walks along the beach, seagulls cling to her.
As soon as the girl looks in the direction of the animals, they leave her alone – but come back when the baby turns her back to the birds.
One seagull in particular knows how to take advantage of this and develops a clever strategy!
The bird flies towards Hayden’s hand in a flash and grabs her cracker. At first the little girl doesn’t know what’s happening to her. Then she looks back at her mother’s camera, shocked.
“I tried to scare them away before I started recording, but the seagulls just wouldn’t go away. So I told her to hurry up and eat,” Hayden’s mother Galley Klopp explained to Newsweek.

“I tried to scare her away before I started recording, but the seagulls didn’t move. So I told her to hurry up and eat,” Klipp said.
She added that her daughter is an animal lover and therefore believes Hayden found the seagulls funny.
The mother had thought that her baby would drop the cracker at some point, but she had not expected that one of the birds would actually snatch it away from her!
“Hayden is tough as leather and didn’t cry once,” the mother boasted, adding that her daughter “definitely paid more attention to her food the rest of the trip.”
