Unc comes out with the truth.

Shannon Sharpe has admitted that the viral Instagram sex video accidentally sent to his 3.2 million Instagram followers left him “embarrassed” and “disappointed”.

On Wednesday, the Pro Football Hall of Fame member and ESPN personality unknowingly shared a livestream on social media in which he was heard performing sexual acts with an unidentified woman.

While nothing but a wooden floor was visible on screen, viewers could hear groans and some unwork-appropriate words from Sharpe and his wife.

“Of course I’m embarrassed,” Sharpe said during an emergency episode of “Nightcap.”

“When someone is so extremely, extremely private and one of their most intimate details – the audio recording – is out there for the whole world to hear, it’s embarrassing to me for a number of reasons.”

He continued, “A lot of people rely on Shannon to always conduct herself professionally, and I always try to conduct myself professionally, even when I’m behind closed doors. … I’m very disappointed in myself, not in the show.”

“I think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age participating in activities, but the fact that you can hear the audio disappoints me. I have disappointed a lot of people,” he added.

Sharpe initially claimed in a post on X that his Instagram account had been hacked before deleting the post.

“Be careful, my Instagram @shannonsharpe84 was hacked this morning, my team and I are working hard to figure it out,” he posted and deleted it from his Instagram story on Wednesday.

After the video made waves on social media, Sharpe acknowledged the unfortunate mishap and admitted that his Instagram account had not been hacked.

“I threw my phone on the bed while I was busy doing an activity,” Sharpe said. “I didn’t know about IG Live. I’ve never turned on IG Live before, so I don’t know how it works, and suddenly my other phone started ringing.”

Sharpe, 56, is known for keeping his love life private and has never been married.

Not much is known about the women he has dated, except for the fact that he was already engaged to fitness trainer Katy Kellner in 2016.

The former Denver Broncos star is father to son Kiari and daughters Kayla and Kaley, but information about their mothers is scarce.
