According to Yelp’s latest rankings, it ranks 618th in Freehold Borough.

The new American restaurant has 4.6 stars and almost 800 reviews.

It is ranked 7th among the 100 best restaurants in New Jersey.

Opened in November 2016, the restaurant is the brainchild of Christopher Dutka of Freehold Township and Matthew Borowski of Millstone Township. It also offers catering and hosts special events in its banquet room.

“Thanks to our shared interest in all things food and a lot of hard work, our hopes and dreams with 618 became a real reality,” the pair write on the restaurant’s website.

According to Yelp rankings, the restaurant is best known for its short rib ravioli, crab cakes, flank steak, sticky toffee cake, angry shrimp pasta, pork chop, stuffed mushrooms, filet mignon, braised short rib and halibut.

The listing that Yelp points to in its review reads: “Consistently great service, food and atmosphere. I’ve seen this building change restaurants several times over the years, but 618 is here to stay. I’ve seen the building expanded and the interior become even more beautiful with each renovation. The menu doesn’t change often, but there are always specials to add a little variety if you come here often. The bar menu is constantly changing with inventive new drinks and their presentation is always phenomenal. The service is another place that is consistent at 618. The service has always been good.
