Six arrests in College Station Police Department drug investigation – WTAW

In College Station and Bryan, six arrests were made for drug possession and sale and participation in organized criminal activity.

A post on the College Station police Facebook page said searches of two homes in Bryan and one in College Station revealed, among other things, 1,500 fraudulently manufactured Xanax and Adderall pills and 70 e-cigarette cartridges containing THC.

WTAW News has asked CSPD for an estimated value of the drugs seized.

According to Brazos County Jail online records:

On Monday (August 19), Cooper Currie, 26, of Bryan, was booked into the Brazos County Jail for possession of between 5 and 55 pounds of marijuana. A motion to revoke probation was filed because he was convicted of possession of between 5 and 55 pounds of marijuana, four counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, and engaging in organized crime. Currie is being held on $115,000 bail.

On August 6, Cayden Carroll, 23, of College Station, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Bail on those charges totals $13,000. Carroll is being held without bail for violating probation after being convicted twice of residential burglary.

On August 2, 19-year-old Zakary Webb of College Station was arrested on two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Webb was released from jail on August 3 after posting a total of $45,000 bail.

Kate-Lynn Lindeman, 20, of Whitney, Texas, was arrested on May 16 for engaging in organized crime. She was released from jail the next day after posting $25,000 bail.

Alexander Welch, 27, of Temple, was arrested on May 15 for illegal possession of marijuana. He was released from jail the same day after posting $12,000 bail.

Daegin Hamilton, 21, of Bryan, was arrested on April 23 on three counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and illegal possession of marijuana. He was released the next day after posting a total of $44,000 bail.
