Surveillance cameras captured the moment an armed robber held the owner of a skate shop at gunpoint on Tuesday afternoon while his two accomplices stole everything they could get their hands on.

The armed robbery occurred around 5:15 p.m. at Warning Skate Shop in the 8200 block of South Central Avenue. Security camera videos show the suspects pulling up to the curb next to the store in a white Nissan Altima.

They casually walked through the front door, then pulled up their masks and walked to the center of the store where the owner was sitting. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and ordered the victim to lie on the ground before taking his wallet.

His two accomplices began stealing everything they could carry, including cash from the till, pants, shirts and sweaters. They tried to grab the skateboards on display in the store, but they were bolted to the wall.

The ordeal lasted about three minutes before the suspects left the building and returned to the white Nissan Altima.

The owner said a street vendor came into the store and disturbed the suspects before they decided to leave. This is the second time in about three months that armed suspects pointed a gun at him and robbed his store.
