MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) – This weekend, you can take a ride on four custom-made inflatable slides at George Wilson Park in Mishawaka!
This is part of the city’s “Slide the Hill” event.
To control crowd size, reduce queues and provide a better overall experience, registration is required for each person attending.
Each session lasts two hours, and so far the participants have raved about how much fun it is.
“It’s so much fun. It reminds me of when we came here and did tubing in the snow. It’s nice to see them using the tubes for both events,” said Suzzanne, a Slide the Hill participant.
To have fun on the slide, tubes or inflatable flotation devices are mandatory.
A limited number of tubes are available for sale. Participants are asked to bring their own one-person inflatable dinghy to the event.

- Friday: Preschool/Special Needs Session 1: 11am-1pm EDT; Session 2: 6pm-9pm EDT
- Saturday: Session 3: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT; Session 4: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EDT
- Sunday: Session 5: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT
- Monday: Session 6: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EDT
