Spirit Halloween is here for you.

A popular haunt across the United States for its affordable and spooky wares, the seasonal pop-up store offers people as much fake blood and pop culture cosplay as they could ever want. More than 1,500 will rise from the dead, so to speak, across the country over the next few months.

Many shoppers are eagerly awaiting the opening of stores because, according to the National Retail Federation, more than half of Americans (53%) typically decorate their home or yard for Halloween.

When do the Spirit Halloween stores open?

The flagship store opened on Thursday, August 1, in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, and additional stores will open across the country over the next few weeks.

According to the Spirit Halloween store locator, here are all the Spirit Halloween stores in Rhode Island.

It is important to note that only the Woonsocket location is currently open, while the other locations mentioned above are still marked as “Coming Soon” on the Spirit Halloween website.

What is Spirit Halloween?

Spirit Halloween, which boasts being the largest Halloween retailer in the country, opened its first pop-up store in the Bay Area in 1983. Acquired by Spencer Gifts in 1999, the company now has more than 1,500 seasonal locations across the U.S., often in shopping centers and malls.

The company also operates a year-round website where you can purchase costumes and decorations, including animatronic figures.
